HPV is the virus behind cervical cancer (and one of the things we test for with pap smears) Home HPV testing is a reasonable alternative to the pap and it is good to know your status. HPV positive? Common signs of yeast infections are thick white vaginal discharge, redness, itching and burning pain. Yeast infections can usually be treated quickly with a vaginal cream or oral antifungal. 

Common signs of BV are thin, grey discharge, itching or pain, and a unusual fishy odor. It can be treated with a vaginal gel or oral medication. Recurrent BV? This is common. We can discuss ways to prevent reinfection!
